To offer reassurance to tenants and landlords we are members of The Property Ombudsman and hold ARLA propertymark status which provide all our tenants and landlords with client money protection and the knowledge that we are qualified in the industry.

  • Withdrawal fee equivalent to one month’s rent, if a landlord withdraws instruction to let after an application has been received and agreed.
