Local Knowledge and Expertise

Trading Places have been renting properties across South Manchester for over 25 years, there is nothing about the local area we couldn’t tell you. We’re independently owned and all our staff live in the surrounding areas, including our Director Steven Cox who is the most established property expert in the area who has sold and let properties for many generations of families.

Maximising your income

With experience comes the knowledge of what level of rent to be inspected in certain parts of local areas, for example, the Gorse Hill area of Stretford compared to the Victoria Park area of Stretford. By becoming one of our landlords, you will be safe in the knowledge that we know what your property is worth and we will strive to make sure that figure is achieved. At the tenancy renewal stages, we will also inform you of the rental market at that particular point in time and advise whether your rental is still in line with market value.

Fully Qualified Lettings Team

We have a team of experienced lettings professionals who are here to guide you through the whole process. The team is lead by our fully ARLA qualified Lettings Manager Sean Hand. Through completing and passing the exams held by ARLA Propertymark, we are in the best possible position to guide all landlords on health and safety, law, changes in legislation and property management.

Client Money Protection

Trading Places are licensed and accredited by the UK’s foremost professional body for letting agents, ARLA Propertymark. As members of ARLA, agents need to follow government accounting rules and procedures through the use of a registered client account. Company accounts are audited annually by an independent Chartered Accountant. The scheme we are registered with is ‘Moneyshield’. All tenants and landlords can be safe in the knowledge that their money is protected.
