WE CAN CONFIRM THAT THE HOUSING MARKET
REMAINS OPEN FOR BUSINESS

We are still able to undertake sales and rentals viewings following the
existing Covid procedures.

Ongoing sales will continue as all elements of the mortgage, survey and legal
process will continue.

Ongoing rentals agreements will continue as normal.

Sales that have exchanged contracts can complete on the date already agreed,
even if it is within the lockdown dates.
